~~ Payments

I accept payments thru PayPal, as well as all major credit cards.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with credit cards; just follow instructions on check out page and select to pay with credit card without PayPal ID.  Prompt payments are greatly appreciated.

~~ California State Sales Tax

For item(s) shipped to a California address, applicable Los Angeles County sales tax (currently 9%) will be applied to the total purchase amount (excluding shipping) at time of check out.

~~ Shipping and Packaging

I ship US Postal Service's First-Class mail within the US with tracking ability, and First-Class Package International to outside of US without tracking.  If you prefer a different method, or you are purchasing from a location that is not listed in my shipping profile, please email me first prior to check-out for other possible options.

Purchased item(s) are shipped to the address listed with the paying account.  If you prefer a different shipping address, please email me prior to check-out to reconfirm the differences in paying and shipping addresses.  Sorry I cannot ship to address other than the paying address without this confirmation.

For ready-made items, shipping starts within 2 business days after payment is received in full.

For special order or made-to-order items, the lead time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the availability of materials and the number of items(s) to make. I will notify you by email once the item is completed and ready for purchase or shipping.

Unless otherwise noted, all my items are packaged with protective zipper bags in a classic sturdy gift box, and shipped inside a padded/bubble mailer, minimal to be "green" while still secured enough for its safe arrival to you.

~~ Returns and Exchanges

If there is any issue with your purchase, please contact me via my email, "daisykreates (at) gmail (dot) com", within 14 days of post-marked delivery.  Each request will be handled case by case.
